Shipping and Returns
Shipping Information
Order Processing:
- Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) with Ground Shipping will be processed within 1-3 business days after payment verification and then shipped. The cutoff time on these days is 2:00pm EST.
- Customized items, such as engraving, will ship within 7 business days.
- Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day.
- All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once their order has shipped.
- Please note that as we are building our collection, some items are pre - order.
All orders are shipped via USPS.
Expedited Shipping:
- Orders placed before 12 PM EST with Express shipping will ship the same business day.
- Orders placed after 12 PM EST or on weekends will ship the next business day.
- Personalized orders with Next Day or Two-Day shipping may take an additional business day to process.
Placement of an order is a binding agreement. Once placed, all orders are considered final and may not be changed or cancelled. Seller reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of offer or payment and to modify or cancel this promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems. We can not change the address after an order is placed.
Shipping Methods:
- Standard: Free on eligible orders over $75. Arrives in 3-6 business days after processing and shipping. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico are not eligible for free ground shipping.
- Express: Arrives in 2 business days after processing and shipping.
Important Notes:
- All shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Please report any issues with shipping, handling, or delivery within 7 days of purchase to our customer service at contact@nonstoptobliss.com.
- If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
INTERNATIONAL
All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. We are not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery. Most countries calculate shipping charges, taxes, tariffs and duties at checkout and the customer owes nothing additional at delivery.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we gladly accept returns of unworn and undamaged jewelry within 7 days from the time of delivery.
Return Instructions:
- Eligibility: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.
- Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
- Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved returns will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Non-Refundable Items: Customized or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Note: Shipping fees, including those for expedited shipping, are non-refundable.
